There will not be grade level newsletters the week after spring break. The homework calendars and websites will be updated by Monday the 27th.
SKATE CITY EVENT: March 30th MARK YOUR CALENDARS
The student council has organized a fun MIDDLE SCHOOL ONLY event! We will be taking over the Littleton Skate City (5801 S. Lowell Way) on March 30th from 6-8.
$4.50 Entry Fee
$2.50 Skate Rental Fee
The PTO has generously offered to cover the cost a "meal deal" for each student who attends. The meal deal choices are:
1) Hot dog, chips and soda
2) 2 slices of pizza and soda
We will be having contests to go along with the "March Madness" theme. Students are encouraged to wear their favorite jerseys!
We have a coveted "Golden Skate" award for the advisory class that has the highest percentage participation.
New Chromebook Security Measures
BFA is committed to incorporating technology into our classrooms in safe and effective ways. To further this goal we recently added an additional layer of security for the middle school chromebooks. One of the features of this new system is a weekly report to parents summarizing your student's online activity. Look for this email from Securly each Wednesday starting on March 22nd. Please contact our system administrator, Beth Konesky, at [email protected], with any concerns or feedback.
