Wow! I cannot believe that we are starting the third trimester already! This year is flying by!
Our kids never cease to amaze me with their talents! This weekend showcased the students in a couple of different ways, though both were extraordinary!
On Friday and Saturday, the students who have been working on the Middle School Musical- Aladdin- took the stage! The show was fabulous and I couldn't be more proud of all of our students! A huge thank you to Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Hinkle, and Mrs. Bauer for all their work on this production!!
On Saturday, Valor held a Math Competition. Congrats to the following students that represented BFA: Sreehitha Sasja, Sahithi Mathukumilli, Aaditya Bahl, Aidan Amascaray, Paxton Becker, Jason Richard, Alex Olkhov, Kunal Shinde, Jack Hartig, Julie Jurkowski, Sarah Rosenbaum, Charity Doddapaneni, and Kami Taylor. Everyone did incredible. Congratulations to Jack Hartig for getting 1st place in the 8th grade individual. Everyone did a great job!
I sent out an email last night about Boys Volleyball that will start this spring. If you would like more information, please contact Mr. Emmons.
Students will get their electives placements for 3rd trimester today. If there are any concerns or questions about their placements, please have the students stop by my office to talk about their placements.
Last chance to take BFA's Parent Satisfaction Survey!
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/59YK2CQ Don't miss out on this important opportunity for your voice to be heard; the survey will be open from now until the end of February. To date, we have only heard from 252 of our 492 families, which is a 51 percent response rate. Your input is key to understanding what parents love about BFA, as well as identifying areas of improvement. Ten lucky participants who give their family number (located on your carpool tag) will be selected for a $25 gift card of your choice.
